Summer Tutoring Term:
June 24, 2024 – August 30, 2024 (10 weeks)

Spring break has come and gone (already?!), and I’m starting to put together my schedule for the summer tutoring term (June 24 – August 30).

For Summer Term 2024, I am offering two different scheduling and payment options. Please see descriptions below, and use the survey to let me know which one would work best for you this summer.
- Summer Tuition Option
- Best option if you will be able to make it to tutoring at the same weekly time for most of the summer
- Guarantees a regular time slot (or slots) on my summer schedule
- Same time slot(s) each week (Unless your regular time slot falls on Thursday, July 4 — we can work something out for that week if needed)
- Pre-paid tuition
- Summer tuition students get scheduling priority for the 2024 Fall Term
Scheduling and Payment Details for the Summer Tuition option:- You must pre-pay for at least 8 sessions, but can also choose 9 or 10 sessions if you prefer
- Tuition set based on your current session rate
- I will send you a contract, which you’ll need to return by June 1, 2024 to secure a regular spot
- Tuition will be paid in two installments — the first no later than June 10, 2024 and the second no later than August 1, 2024
- Tuition is non-refundable if a student needs to miss a pre-paid session
- If I need to cancel due to illness or something else on my end, I will do my best to reschedule. If we can’t reschedule, I will either credit you the session during the next month or issue a refund for the session.
2. Summer Self-Schedule Option
- Best option if you are going to need a flexible schedule due to travel and/or day camps
- I will put your student on my Waiting List for the 2024 Fall Term
Scheduling and Payment details for this option:- Self-schedule your sessions using my online system
- Self-schedule appointments will open for booking a week in advance
- Pay as you go with a card on file
- 24-hour cancellation policy
This is the first time I’ll be trying a system like this. I know summer is a busy time for everyone and, as many of you know, time management/scheduling is one of my Razzle Frazzles! Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
