Policies
Proof of COVID 19 Vaccination
I require proof of COVID 19 vaccination (for all eligible humans) for in-person sessions. As of September 2022, I am fully vaccinated with two boosters.
Cancellation Policy
I have a 4-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full rate. No-shows without notice of cancellation will be charged the full rate.
Communication
Outside of tutoring sessions, I conduct all communications with the student’s parent or caregiver. Please let me know whether you prefer communicating by phone, e-mail, or text.
Supervision
Parents and caregivers are responsible for adequate supervision during sessions, including online sessions. For students under age 18, I require an adult caregiver to be present during in-person sessions. There is a waiting room with WiFi available.
